Do I need my Club/Team Coach to sign up?

No, you can build a profile without them. But your profile will be shown as unverified, and more coaches will value it once it's verified. When you join, VEKT™, our onboarding agent, reaches out to your Club/Team Coach and director to verify your profile through a guided conversation.

How does verification work?

When you join, VEKT™, our conversational onboarding agent, reaches out to your Club/Team Coach and director to verify your profile through a guided conversation. We don't publish the specifics of that process — publishing them would let people game it, and then the verification would be worth nothing to anyone.

All of them. Positions, roster structures and recruiting calendars are configured per sport.

Does this replace film and camps?

No. Film still matters. RFX decides which coaches are watching it.

What happens if a coach ghosts me?

Nothing lands on your board without a response. RFX forces a rapid Yes or No from every college coach who receives a match — so you always know where you stand, and silence becomes information instead of anxiety.

Can you guarantee I get recruited?

No, and anyone who guarantees that is selling you something. What we can do is make sure the programs recruiting your profile know you exist, and tell you honestly where you stand with each one.

Is it safe for athletes under 18?

Accounts for minors require a parent or guardian and a verified Club/Team Coach. There's no open messaging between programs and minors.

Verified college recruiting

Play your sport,
not the inbox.

RFX is a verified college recruiting platform. College programs post the roster needs they're actually recruiting for, and athletes are matched to them with a profile confirmed by their Club/Team Coach — powered by conversational voice AI and a vector matching engine that captures both quantitative metrics and qualitative traits.

WHAT IT IS

Recruiting, in reverse.

Programs post real roster gaps. RFX sends the right coach the right message at the right time — automatically.

Every recruiting product helps athletes send more messages. RFX starts at the other end. We know what every program needs at every point in their season — preseason gaps, midseason injuries, graduation replacements — because programs post their real roster needs by position and class year. Athletes build one profile, verified by their Club/Team Coach. When a match is found, RFX automatically emails that coach — not a generic blast, but the specific information they asked for, pulled from your verified profile, at the moment they're actively recruiting. The right message, the right athlete, the right time. No ghosting: every match gets a rapid Yes or No, so you always know where you stand.

HOW IT WORKS

Four things you get that an email can't do.

WHO'S LOOKING

Real roster gaps, not a directory.

Programs post what they need — preseason gaps, midseason injuries, graduation replacements. You see the openings that actually exist right now for your position and class year, not a static directory.

WHY YOU FIT

Verified by the coach who knows you.

You can join without your Club/Team Coach, but your profile stays marked unverified until they confirm it — and more coaches will value it once they do. When you join, VEKT™, our onboarding agent, reaches out to your coach and director directly. Your profile captures both the quantitative metrics coaches need and the qualitative traits that decide most calls — resilience, grit, and how you fit a team environment.

COACH VERIFIED · confirmed by your Club/Team Coach

WHAT THEY SEE

Every match shows its reasoning.

Not a percentage with no explanation. You see the program's stated need, and the parts of your verified profile that lined up with it.

Why you fit: they need a front-foot defender. Your coach confirmed you defend on the front foot.

WHERE YOU STAND

No more ghosting. Just Yes or No.

Every program on your board has a live stage and a date. RFX forces a rapid Yes or No from every college coach — no more silence, no more guessing what ghosting means. When one goes cold, we surface it instead of letting you hope.

recruiting emails a year.

Almost none of them match what that coach is actually recruiting for. RFX is how the right ones get through.

PROGRAM FIT

Every athlete, matched against what a program actually needs.

A program is more than a division and a logo. RFX captures what each one is building, then uses that as the lens for every match.

ROSTER NEEDS

The positions and class years they're filling next.

STYLE

How they play, and the athlete profile that fits it.

CULTURE

The character and standards that decide who belongs.

ACADEMICS

The academic profile you'd need to get in and stay in.

THE MATCHING ENGINE

Stats get you noticed. Traits get you recruited.

RFX doesn't match on keywords. Our vector matching engine maps every athlete and every program into the same high-dimensional space — quantitative metrics on one axis, qualitative traits on the other — then finds the athletes who actually belong.

Why this matched

All four quantitative metrics meet or exceed program thresholds.
Qualitative traits align with program's stated style and culture needs.
Coach-verified profile — character assessments confirmed by Club/Team Coach.

VERIFICATION

Verified, not self-reported.

Every recruiting profile online is written by the person it's about. Coaches know it, so they discount all of it, and honest athletes get penalized with everyone else.

On RFX, you don't need your Club/Team Coach to sign up — but your profile is shown as unverified until they confirm it, and more coaches will value it once they do. When you join, VEKT™, our conversational onboarding agent, reaches out to your Club/Team Coach and director to verify your profile through a guided conversation. We don't publish how that process works — a published method could be gamed, and then the verification would be worth nothing to anyone.

WHO IT'S FOR

Three sides. One source of truth.

Athletes

One verified profile. Matched to programs actually recruiting you. Every program's status, live — with rapid Yes or No feedback so you're never left ghosted.

Club/Team Coaches

Verify your athletes once instead of writing the same email forty times a season. VEKT™ handles the conversation.

College Coaches

Post what you need. Receive verified athletes matched on both stats and character — then give a fast Yes or No.
